I have been using Clent Hills for 7 years and find the staff to be polite and friendly even for call outs at 10pm on a Sunday night! The vets are professional and knowledgable and always take the time to give my nervous dog some fuss before treating him. (I used another vets once but am glad i returned to Clent Hills as the other vets failed to diagnose a medical condition that my dog had.) My dog likes going there too - until his name is called to go into the ʼtreatment roomʼ and he heads straight for the exit!

Excellent, what more can I say. I have been with them for at least 7 years now and have never had a problem. They are always considerate of my feelings as well as my pets and are very sympathetic and understanding. When my old cat Bogart had to be euthanised they even sent me a sympathy card, which was a lovely thoughtful touch. I have taken rats, mice, chinchillas, dogs and cats there and they treat all of them equally and with the same amount of compassion and sympathy. I have tried other vets in the past and they all lack in comparison. They are always ready to advise over the phone if you are not sure whether it is necessary to take your pet in, and a vet will always call you back if one is not available when you ring.
