Sally Hodge
Head Receptionist

Sally joined Clent Hills Vet Group in 1997 and is now Head Receptionist at Bromsgrove. Her duties take her to farms when the vets go to TB test cattle – she complains about the cold and wet but secretly she enjoys getting out and about! Outside work Sally spends a lot of her time trying to tame her garden with help from her two dogs (a Lurcher and black Labrador), two cats and six chickens. She has a soft spot for any lurchers or greyhounds that come to see us.

Helen Beesley
Receptionist

Helen joined us as full time receptionist at Bromsgrove at the beginning of 2009.  She has an interest in fish and fish health having previously worked in aquatics. Helen has also been an artist in the past, producing mainly pottery which she still does in her spare time.

Sue Pinfield
Receptionist

Sue started at Clent Hills Vet Group as an evening receptionist in 2005 and now works part time doing days. She enjoys the challenge of each day being different and not knowing what to expect to come through the door each morning.  At home Sue has a Springer Spaniel and a Whippet and in her spare time she enjoys her riding horse Chester.

Claire Welch
Receptionist / Pet Insurance Administrator currently on maternity leave

Claire joined Clent Hills Vet Group in 2006. She has been small animal insurance administrator since 2007. She has two rabbits and a black Labrador. Claire is currently on maternity leave with the baby due in April 2009. She is aiming to return to work February 2010.

Janine Ward
Receptionist

Janine joined Clent Hills Vet Group as a part time receptionist at Hagley. She has worked in reception at all 3 branches but is now based at Bromsgrove. When a placement becomes available Janine would like to start veterinary nurse training. Outside of work Janine has numerous animals including dogs, cats and a horse.

Sharon Carter
Branch Manager

Sharon is a relative newcomer to Clent Hills Vet Group having joined us in October 2008 from another Vet Group locally where she was practice manager. Sharon has a young daughter as well as two rescue cats called Bumble and Pepe.

Danni Mcdonald
Head Receptionist

Danni started at Clent Hills Vet Group back in 1993 at our Bromsgrove practice. She is now Head Receptionist at Hagley. Danni has a Doberman called Maggie who she enjoys taking for long walks in the woods.

Clare Callow
Receptionist / Pet Insurance Administrator

Clare originally started with Clent Hills Vet Group at our Bromsgrove surgery where she was full time head nurse. She is now one of the part time receptionists at the Hagley branch. She has a Jack Russell Terrier called Jeff and her hobbies are horse riding and running.

Samantha Rowe
Receptionist

Sam has been a receptionist at Hagley since 2006. She has a cat called Ebony, a dog called Homer and a forty year old tortoise called Baldrick.

Anna Hutchinson
Receptionist

Anna joined Clent Hills Vet Group as part time receptionist in 2009 and is enjoying meeting and interacting with both our patients and their owners. Anna used to enjoy horse riding but now never seems to have the time with her daughter, her cat and her terrier cross to keep her busy.
